Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we send you written confirmation. Please check the details and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
Fares
Fares are fixed for the journey quoted. Changes to addresses, stops, timings or vehicle type may change the fare. Airport drop-off and parking charges are included in quoted fares.
Airport pickups and waiting

Luggage and passengers
Passenger and luggage numbers must match the booking. We may not be able to carry extra passengers or luggage beyond the vehicle’s safe capacity. Child seats must be requested in advance.
Conduct
Drivers may refuse to carry anyone who is abusive, or who puts the safety of the driver or vehicle at risk. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in vehicles.
Liability
We are not responsible for missed flights or sailings caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as accidents, road closures or severe weather, although we will always do our best to get you there on time.
