Our Fleet

Nine vehicle classes, from a saloon to a 16 seater minibus. Pick the car by luggage as much as by passengers.

We run nine vehicle classes, from a standard saloon for a solo traveller to a 16-seat minibus for a whole team. The right choice depends on your luggage as much as your passenger count, so use the table below as a starting point and tell us what you are carrying when you ask for a quote.

Guide figures. Luggage space in the larger minibuses depends on the seat layout, so we confirm capacity for every group booking.

Everyday cars

Saloon · Kia Niro or similar

Our standard car and the right choice for most solo travellers and couples. It seats up to four passengers, but the boot is the real limit: two large checked cases plus a couple of cabin bags fit comfortably. A couple going away for two weeks with two big cases each is better off in an estate.

Estate · Toyota Prius+ or similar

Same passenger space as a saloon with a much longer boot. It suits families with a buggy, golfers with clubs and anyone carrying three large cases. For a family of three or four with checked luggage, it is often the best value vehicle we offer.

MPV · VW Sharan or similar

A people carrier for five or six passengers. With every seat in use there is less room for cases, so tell us exactly how many people and bags you have and we will confirm the fit before you book. Popular for families travelling with grandparents and for small groups of friends.

Executive and business class

Executive · Mercedes E-Class or similar

A smart, dark business saloon for corporate travel and client collections. Up to three passengers travel in more comfort, with room for cabin bags and a couple of larger cases. It is the most common choice for business trips through Heathrow and London City.

Business class · Mercedes S-Class or similar

Our top-tier saloon for when the journey is part of the occasion: senior executives, VIP guests, honeymoons and milestone celebrations. Expect the most refined ride we offer, a discreet, smartly dressed driver and a name board with the passenger’s or company’s name.

Executive minivan · Mercedes V-Class or similar

A premium people carrier for up to seven passengers, with an executive-standard interior and space for six large cases. It is ideal for board members travelling together, roadshow teams, families who want extra comfort and VIP groups who would rather not split across several cars.

Minibuses for groups: 8, 12 or 16 seats

For groups, one vehicle is usually simpler and cheaper than a convoy of cars, and everyone arrives together. Choose by people and luggage:

MinibusPassengersLarge cases (guide)Typical groups
8 seater (Mercedes Vito or similar)Up to 86–8Extended families, stag and hen groups
12 seater (Mercedes Sprinter)Up to 1210–12Wedding parties, sports teams, small corporate groups
16 seater (Mercedes Sprinter)Up to 1612–16Clubs, school and university trips, corporate events
Luggage capacity varies with the seat layout. Give us exact numbers and we will confirm.

If your group is larger than 16, we can combine vehicles, for example a 16 seater with an 8 seater, so everyone travels at the same time. See minibus airport transfers for more on planning group trips.

When in doubt, choose “Not sure – please advise” on the quote form and list what you are bringing. We will recommend the right vehicle before you book.

Child seats

Baby seats, child seats and booster seats are available on request in every vehicle class, including our minibuses. Each seat is fitted before your pickup. Tell us each child’s age or weight when you book, or let us know if you are bringing your own so we leave room for it.

Sports equipment, pets and accessibility

Golf bags, skis and bike boxes rarely fit in a saloon alongside normal luggage, so mention them and we will send an estate, MPV or minibus with room to carry them safely. Assistance dogs are always welcome; for other pets, ask before booking. Folding wheelchairs and walking aids fit in most of our larger vehicles. If a passenger needs to travel seated in their wheelchair, contact us before booking so we can check availability.

Licensing and standards

Every vehicle we use is licensed for private hire and insured for carrying passengers, and every driver is licensed by their local licensing authority. Before your journey you receive the driver’s name and the vehicle registration. Vehicles are kept clean inside and out, whichever class you book.

Common luggage mistakes

  • Counting people but not cases. Four adults with four large cases need an estate or MPV, not a saloon.
  • Forgetting the pushchair. A folded buggy takes a surprising amount of boot space.
  • Not mentioning sports kit. Golf bags, skis and kit bags need planning, especially in minibuses.
  • Adding passengers late. One extra person can mean moving from an 8 seater to a 12 seater, so tell us as early as possible.

Booking the right vehicle

When your quote request arrives we look at three things: the number of passengers, the number and size of bags, and anything unusual such as skis, a wheelchair or a pet. If the vehicle you picked will not fit everything, we tell you before you book and suggest the right one. The fare is fixed for the vehicle, so a full minibus often works out cheaper per person than smaller cars.

Not sure where your group fits between two sizes? Always size up if the luggage is heavy. A slightly bigger vehicle costs a little more but avoids the risk of cases that will not fit at 4am.

Fleet questions

What is the difference between executive and business class?

Both are premium saloons for up to three passengers. Business class is our top tier, for VIP guests and special occasions; executive suits most business travel.

How many people fit in your largest vehicle?

Our 16 seater minibus carries up to 16 passengers. For bigger groups we combine vehicles.

Can a minibus collect from more than one address?

Yes. List every pickup when you request a quote and we will include the stops in the fixed price.

Do all vehicles include meet and greet?

Yes. Every airport collection, in every vehicle class, includes a driver waiting in arrivals.

Ready for a fixed price?

Send us your journey and we reply with one price that includes airport charges. No meter, no surge.
